Should the UK honour its commitments?

Northern Ireland Secretary Brandon Lewis has said a new bill to amend the UK’s Brexit deal with the EU will “break international law”. He conceded it would go against the treaty in a “specific and limited way”.

URGENT – Please email your MP NOW

The Trade Bill setting out the UK’s future trade policy will have its second reading on Wednesday 20 May.
In its present form the Bill contains no protection from trade deals for the NHS or for drug prices.
Both the Prime Minister and the Secretary of State for International Trade have publicly promised that the NHS is not “for sale” and that it will not be the subject of future negotiations.
It is important that these promises are written into law and the Bill needs to be amended to ensure this is the case.
Please email Laura Trott or Tom Tugendhat NOW urging them to try and make this happen. If neither of these is your MP or if you want to write something different you can change the template.

As a result, we had visits to the stall in Sevenoaks from Kyle Marsh PPC for the LDs in Dartford and Helen Fiorini of the Labour Party. This cooperation will  hopefully develop and will be invaluable going forward in the event of another Referendum.
